We are a local, family-owned business, located in Belmont, Michigan. We are a husband and wife team, working together to share our love and creativity for grilling/smoking and making homemade food. We began in our kitchen as a catering company and after a few years, the demand became so great that we opened our take-out location in August 2015.

All of the meats are smoked on one of Keith’s custom made smokers. Since the very beginning, he has held firm with the belief that smoking/grilling his meats old-school, pit-style and using all wood was what gave his foods the very best flavor. The customers agreed! So he is continuing that today, and doing all that he can to bring you all the best tasting smoked and grilled foods! All the side items that you see, as well as all of the sauces, are made in house with as much love and care as the meats.
